ABOUT TASHA REITER

Founder & Owner

CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer | GGS Pre & Postnatal Specialist | MSc Student in Female Cardiovascular Physiology

Tasha Reiter is a certified personal trainer and pre & postnatal specialist based in Kelowna, BC. With a background in athletic training, women’s health, and academic research, she brings both science and experience to her coaching.

After years of working with athletes, youth, and the general population, Tasha saw a major gap in women’s health—especially around pregnancy and postpartum. She dove head-first into pre & postnatal fitness, helping over 100 women in her first year alone. Her evidence-based approach is now the foundation of her Master’s research, where she studies cardiac adaptations in postpartum women to help shape future health policies.

Tasha’s passion is simple: to educate and empower women through strength training and pelvic floor engagement, while honoring the physiological changes of pregnancy and postpartum. Her programs are designed to help moms feel stronger, move better, and rebuild confidence at every stage.
